OUR SERVICE

There are four phases to our service.

Consultation

A one to one meeting at a time and place that suits you so that we can get to know you and your requirements for your property purchase.
We will work together to create a Property brief which will identify the key elements for your purchase, taking into account things like style, condition, size and location. Once the brief is understood and agreed we move onto the search phase.

The search

We will work with our extensive network of contacts and review the entire market in the given location. We will undertake pre-viewings so that we may shortlist the most suitable properties for you.
A report will be sent to you with the shortlisted properties for review and comment.
We will liaise with the estate agents and arrange all viewings at a time that suits you and accompany you on the viewings and discuss feedback.

Negotiation

Advising on the pros and cons of the property and its surroundings.
Appraising price and suitability, based on local knowledge and circumstance which will put you in the best position to make an offer.

Bidding on your behalf to give you maximum advantage in the negotiations.

We strive to more than pay for ourselves by agreeing the lowest possible price, settling not only at the best price but also on terms that suit you.

Overseeing your purchase

We work with all parties involved, Solicitors, Mortgage brokers, Surveyors and Estate Agents to secure your purchase.
When you complete on the purchase we will be there to answer any questions you may have and meet you in person with the keys to your new home.
